Great Financial Services Company, recruiting a PERMANENT ADMINISTRATOR& skills in FINANCIAL CORPORATE SERVICES ADMINISTRATION linked to WORKING WITH THE CORPORATE SERVICES IN THE COMPANY WHO DEAL WITH EMPLOYEE BENEFITS FOR CORPORATE CLIENTS. THE HIGHEST LEVEL POSSIBLE OF ADMIN FOR CORPORATE SERVICES CLIENTS AND CORPORATE SERVICES COMPANY CONSULTANTS! RECRUITING a great common-sense CANDIDATE with an eye for detail, excellent telephone manner/communication skills & the ability to work independently as well as within a busy team.   Good  working knowledge of AUTOMATIC ENROLMENT PENSOINS SCHEMES, GLA, GPMI, GIP and GCIC is essential.  It is an‘all-rounder’ role& knowledge CRUCIAL.  Also, working knowledge of MICROSOFT EXCEL is NEEDED TO CARRY OUT THE ROLE.  ALSO, THE IO SYSTEM& BACK OFFICE. The IMPORTANT CURRENT REQUIREMENT IS WITH GROUP RISK& PENSIONS SUPPORT AREA– dealing with Group Life, Group Income Protection, Group Private Medical Insurance, Group Critical Illness Cover& Automatic ENROLMENT PENSION SCHEMES. Responsible:-• Providing vital support to the clients, advisers& other team members,& ability to work independently& as part of a team.• Support consultant& clients on Group Risk& Healthcare schemes, Employee Benefits (& WORKPLACE PENSIONS),& other products covered in the consultancy services, to include client communication • Dealing with client, provider& TPR on AE re-enrolment where appropriate• Undertake annual review tasks, provide feedback for the post review correspondence to the client& co-ordinate/ undertake as appropriate any resultant actions to be taken.• Where appropriate, liaise the wider corporate team& support if required.• Fully engage with INTELLIGENT OFFICE (IO)& MICROSOFT EXCEL • Assistance in research, set up& on-going record keeping in respect of secondary market Employee Benefits.• Work where required Dealing with corporate client queries raised by employee or insurer/adviser. • Responsible ensuring own knowledge kept up to date& to notify colleagues of any developments.• Complying with the FCA rule book& IWP-FP’s internal procedures at all times. • General Office related tasks as required by Client Services Manager In addition to working as part of the team& covering the tasks above, Be given more complex clients& cases. You may be responsible for monitoring other members of team, identifying training requirements& training new members of the team when they join Represent the department or leading project work as required Take ownership of the implementation& embedding of new processes resulting from project work Assist Regional Corporate Services Manager with roll out of any changes Assist Regional Corporate Services Manager with overseeing workload  Assist Regional Corporate Services Manager with resolving issues Assist Regional Corporate Services Manager with complaint identification Deputising for Regional Corporate Services Manager at meetings& with managerial duties (covering annual leave& Sickness absence) check& resolve errors Required :- THE REQUIREMENT is DEFINITELY WITHIN THE GROUP RISK& PENSIONS SUPPORT AREA – dealing with GROUP LIFAE, GROUP INSURANCE PROTECTION, GROUP PRIVATE MEDICAL INSURANCE& CRITICAL ILLNESS COVER& AUTOMATIC ENROLMENT PENSION SCHEMES. communication verbal& written  knowledge financial services sector& FCA regulations&& IWP-FP's NEEDED Activity& attention to detail essential  GREAT 28 DAYS HOLIDAY!
