Our client is currently looking for a Chief Scientist. The successful candidate will lead the technical team in developing and implementing groundbreaking solutions for battery cell manufacturing.  The Chief Scientist will: Oversee the development of the R&D department, ensuring the timely and successful execution of research projects including specification of laboratory / test facility requirements. Provide strategic technical leadership in the development of advanced battery cell technologies. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry leaders, research institutions, and suppliers. Lead the product development lifecycle, from concept to production, ensuring quality and performance standards are met. Drive the research, design, and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance performance, efficiency, and sustainability.  The Chief Scientist will have: Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of battery chemistry, materials, and manufacturing processes. Extensive experience in R&D and product development within the energy storage industry. Proven track record of leadership in battery cell technology and manufacturing.
