Overview: A leading UK-based packaging distribution business is undergoing a transformation initiative to replace their current ERP, WMS, and CRM systems with a fully integrated solution using the Microsoft D365 suite. As part of this initiative, they are seeking a client-side Project Manager to oversee the implementation of D365 across ERP, WMS, and CRM. Responsibilities: * Drive end-to-end project management activities, from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards. * Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements. * Develop actionable project plans in collaboration with the implementation partner. * Oversee the implementation of D365 solutions, integration efforts, data migration, testing, and deployment phases. * Define roles and responsibilities within the project team and manage resources effectively. * Facilitate daily stand-ups and provide regular status reporting to keep stakeholders informed. * Manage implementation partners to ensure deliverables are met within agreed timelines and budget. * Identify and manage risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed. * Support decision-making processes and manage change control effectively. * Establish quality control processes and conduct regular audits to maintain project standards.
