Role and Responsibilities: * Perform hands on maintenance duties (Electrical and Mechanical) when needed across the site * Support the engineering team and mentor junior member of the team ensuring training and compliance goals are met * Contribute and drive:in continuous improvement into the maintenance team * Ensure all health, safety and environmental compliances are met and adhered to on site * Leading a team of 4 on site : man management whilst on shift Knowledge, Skills and Experience: * Minimum NVQ3 in and Engineering discipline * CMI/ILM or similar management certificate : Highly desirable * Proven experience with hands on maintenance on automated machinery : Conveyors / Pumps / Motors / Gearboxes / Robotics / Bearings * Experience working in an automated environment with tight schedules and in a planned and predictive maintenance environment Package and Benefits: * Cycle to work scheme * 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday * 12 Pension Scheme * Private Medical * EAP * Health Benefits Package * Lots of overtime opportunity If you are interested in this position please click apply.
