This onsite roll has a rolling Shift pattern, working Monday– Sunday (40 hours per week) The Customer Service Advisor role will put you in the centre of the hustle and bustle of a busy transport environment, selling tickets in and around Dublin airport and city, answering customer queries, guiding them to their location, and ensuring our high standards ofhealth and safety are continually met. Deliver an excellent standard of customer service at all times, taking a proactive and positive approach to ensure customer satisfaction Sell tickets and add-on products to customers, and provide them withguidance and information as required Use a proactive approach to make travel arrangements for our customers in the event of delays or service disruption Effectively and accurately communicate information to customers and liaise with colleagues throughout the business regarding service updates anddisruption Assisting drivers with boarding and helping with customer luggage Manage coach movements within the station and exceed our Health&Safety standards What we'll offer you...
