What You Will Do: * Conduct pre:delivery inspections and product performance testing to ensure compliance with international standards and specifications. * Support the Head of Quality Assurance in developing and implementing the Supplier Assessment Process, including conducting on:site supplier audits. * Work closely with product developers to set product acceptance criteria and ensure standards are achieved with suppliers. * Participate in Value Engineering initiatives, liaising with suppliers and producing reports as required. * Manage goods inward inspections and maintain a program of calibration to ensure traceability of measured values. * Analyse customer complaints and product quality returns to drive continuous improvement in the supply base. What You Will Bring: * A technical or engineering qualification: Degree, HNC or equivalent. * Experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Supplier Assessment and Audit processes. * Lead Auditor qualification is an advantage. * Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes. * Proficiency in key MS software, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally at all levels.
