In your role as Deputy Home Manager, you'll: Assist in managing operations within the home to reach or exceed goals, ensuring high-quality care is always provided. Oversee the care staff and step into full management in the absence of the Home Manager. Train and supervise care staff in all aspects of their work. Assist the Home Manager with pre-admission assessments of residents. Keep each resident's care plan and daily records up to date.
