This role involves providing one:to:one support to a pupil with visual impairment, helping them to navigate the school environment and access the curriculum effectively. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the use of specialized equipment and resources designed for visually impaired students. Adapt learning materials to meet the students individual needs. Support the student in developing independence and confidence in their academic and social skills. Work closely with teachers and the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to implement and review individualized learning plans.
