Responsibilities * Support the class teacher in delivering differentiated lessons to meet a wide range of SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech/language challenges. * Assist in designing inclusive and engaging learning environments that support academic, emotional, and social development. * Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support Individual Education Plans (IEPs). * Use your initiative to provide one:to:one and small group support tailored to individual student needs. * Foster a positive and nurturing classroom culture where all students feel safe, respected, and motivated to learn.
