Key Responsibilities: Maintain precise financial control systems, including monthly cost value reconciliations and timely certification and payment of valuations. Manage contract variations efficiently and accurately forecast cost and value across all trades. Collaborate closely with operational teams to secure necessary resources, ensuring projects remain onschedule and within budget. Oversee site progress, issuing required notices in accordance with contract procedures. Vet quotations diligently, ensuring compliance with specifications and obtaining competitive bids. Prepare meticulous final accounts and manage subcontractor accounts effectively. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying. Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within roads, highways, renewables, or windfarm projects. Strong organizational abilities for managing multiple projects concurrently. Proficiency with key cost-based softwarepackages. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, adept at liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
