Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join our clients M&E specialist company working on a prestigious data centre construction project in Frankfurt. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of a cutting-edge data centre facility. **Job Responsibilities:** - Oversee all electrical construction activities on the data centre project, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations - Manage and coordinate electrical subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of work - Review electrical design drawings and specifications to ensure constructability and compliance with project requirements - Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays that may arise - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with construction standards - Collaborate with the project team, including architects, engineers, and other construction managers, to resolve design and construction issues - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of electrical materials and equipment - Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and fire detection systems - Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards - Monitor project budget and control costs related to electrical construction activities - Provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential risks - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among the project team **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction management, preferably in data centre or commercial construction projects - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and construction practices - Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Frankfurt - Proven track record of successfully managing electrical subcontractors and coordinating construction activities - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders - Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical design drawings and specifications - Familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera, is a plus - Valid electrical construction management certifications or licenses are desirable **Benefits:** - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunity to work on a high-profile data centre construction project in Frankfurt - Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and innovative construction practices - Professional development and growth opportunities within a reputable M&E specialist company - Collaborative and supportive work environment - Convenient location in Frankfurt with excellent transport links If you are a skilled and experienced Electrical Construction Manager looking for a challenging role in the data centre construction industry, we invite you to
