Your responsibilities will include: : Executing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM). : Managing FCUs and AHUs. : Conducting Emergency Light Testing. : Addressing Reactive Maintenance needs. : Overseeing HVAC equipment. : Performing Fire Alarm Testing. : Participating in general building maintenance activities, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: : Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to ensure peak performance of electrical systems. : Manage FCUs, AHUs, and conduct comprehensive Emergency Light Testing. : Promptly address technical issues through effective response to Reactive Maintenance demands. : Supervise and oversee HVAC equipment, diligently conducting Fire Alarm Testing. : Contribute to general building maintenance, cultivating a safe and efficient environment.
