Identify and resolve faults or underperformance issues, supporting continuous system optimisation. Coordinate stakeholders, including engineers, clients, landowners, and DNOs, to ensure efficient site access and communication. Produce reports and analyse data, including inspection feedback and performance insights, to support scheduling and improvements. Oversee fault-to-fix project management, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues across multiple sites.
