Making this an idyllic place to work The Registered Manager - will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the facility.  Ensuring care is of the highest standard and the organisation is both statutorily compliant and follows best practice guidelines.  To positively promote andfollow the ethos and philosophy when working with residents, families, staff and other professionals. The post holder will have the following: - Significant experience of working with and supporting adults with learning disabilities. Excellent understanding of the principles of high quality care.Working towards a Level 5 Diploma in ‘Leadership for Health and Social care and Children and Young People’s Services’ (or equivalent qualification) An in-depth understanding of the regulatory and statutory care requirements of a residential care home. Experience of managing staff. Strong leadership skills that inspire and motivate both residents and staff. Highly effective interpersonal skills. It would be advantageous for the job holder to have the following: - Level 5 Diploma in ‘Leadership for Health and Social care and Children and Young People’s Services’ (or equivalent qualification).
