**DESCRIPTION** We are looking for an enthusiastic Time and Attendance Apprentice to join our team specializing in Time and Attendance for our Cummins Services in Darlington, UK. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential! **Summary of the course:** The Time&Attendance Apprentice role is a development position inside the CS HR Services function. The role is a great opportunity to experience and insights into different service functions including, Payroll, Health&Wellbeing and Global Mobility&Immigration Services. During the apprenticeship you will learn about the different aspects of Time&Attendance processes, systems and work closely with Human Resource Teams and employees. During the apprenticeship you will work 5 days per week, Inclusive of 1 day per week for study at Darlington College. Working hours must fall between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 (With flexibility to suit the business needs).
