Are you a Senior IT Support Officer looing for their new challenge? We are seeking a talented Senior IT Support Officer to join out client’s team based in Glasgow on a fixed term 1 year basis. This is a hybrid role based on the outskirts of Glasgow City Centre. For the right candidate this position will offer a salary of up to £51,305 per annum.   What you will bring: Have the ability to analyse and diagnose complex problems andimplement effective IT solutions. Have the ability to collect, analyse and present significant amounts of information / data. Have experience of working within and leading IT project teams Have knowledge and experience of Cyber security. Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Main Responsibilities: Co-ordinate and support delivery of the agreed priorities of the Digital and IT Project Board Line management and mentoring of the IT team to ensure the delivery of an excellent, responsive IT service Manage and report on IT projects in line with our project management framework Effectivecommunication with all stakeholders to ensure all are promptly and well informed of all issues, ensuring all problems are quickly identified and resolved, and project milestones are met. Identify, co-ordinate and deliver training across the organisation to support staff with the effective use of ITsystems and maintaining sound data management. Ensure the team works effectively with all internal and external stakeholders and delivers excellent customer service to teams across the organisation Monitor team performance against KPI’s and collate performance management information including monthly reporting to management with statistical analysis of calls logged, completed and outstanding Lead on the implementation of additional modules and improvements to the CX Housing Management System Collate and understand aspects of the systems which do not meet the user’s requirements for development into continuous improvement projects. Effective contract, supplier and performance management of support, system and service providers to ensure a high-level service, support and performance is delivered in line with contracts and SLA’s Oversee the development of reporting tools and review methods of reporting Maintain and manage Civica CX management systems Work with the colleagues to identify improvements to process and existing / future systems Support and develop the team effectively, ensuring staff have the competencies and empowerment to meet our standards for service and performance Deliver IT training to all staff in relation to Microsoft 365 software and new system development Assist in the planning and co-ordination of network systems upgrades and migrations Support with the procurement and implementation of required hardware and software Undertake and deliver all services in line with the association’s valueTo find out more please contact Stewart Maxwell.
