Assistant to the Director of Admissions Location: Godalming, Surrey Working Hours: 0.8 FTE (30 hours per week) Salary: FTE salary circa A GBP 34,000 (actual salary circa A GBP 27,000) Closing Date for Applications: Friday, 18 July 2025 The School is a leading coeducational independent school located on a picturesque 250:acre campus in Surrey. The Role The Assistant to the Director of Admissions plays a vital role in the Admissions team, providing essential administrative and organisational support. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the Directors calendar, appointments, and meetings efficiently. * Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations. * Act as the primary liaison between the Director and various stakeholders. * Support the admissions process by attending key recruitment events. * Coordinate travel arrangements and manage related expenses for the Director. * Maintain accurate records within the admissions database.
