Were partnering with a high:end, multi:site hospitality business to find a Head of Finance to lead their EU division. Based in West London, this is a key strategic role working at the heart of a premium restaurant group known for excellence. Reporting to the Board and working closely with the MD, youll take ownership of all financial processes, controls, and reporting. Youll also partner closely with the Operations Director and General Managers to provide insight, analysis, and commercial support that drives performance and growth. What youll be doing: * Leading all budgeting and forecasting activity across the division * Managing and developing a small, remote finance team * Owning the month:end process, including commentary and review sessions with GMs * Preparing and reviewing full balance sheet reconciliations * Business partnering across operations to inform decision:making * Managing relationships with external auditors and accountants * Providing financial analysis and insight to support ongoing commercial needs * Working with hospitality systems (PMS, POS) and SUN financial software What were looking for: * A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) * Experience in a multi:site hospitality or retail environment * Strong leadership skills, ideally with experience managing remote teams * A strategic mindset with hands:on financial expertise * Excellent Excel and analytical skills * Confident communicator who enjoys working cross:functionally This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially savvy finance leader who thrives in a fast:paced, premium hospitality setting and is ready to make an impact.
