Dont miss out I am currently working with an operator looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic Head of Operations to take full responsibility for five key London sites (each generating between A GBP 75k:A GBP 120k in weekly sales). In this role, youll work closely with the MD and the Head Office team to drive standards, profitability, and continued growth across the business. This company is modern, creative, and at the top of its game in the hospitality sector, serving exceptional cocktails and great food in fun, vibrant settings. Over the past five years, the group has grown to five sites, and with an exciting roll:out plan in place, including expansion outside of London, they are now seeking a senior operator to lead the way.
