Known for their vibrant atmosphere and quality offering, theyre now on the lookout for an Operations Manager to take charge of their current portfolio (15 sites) and lead on their exciting expansion plans : with 5 new openings already in the pipeline for 2025. Youll be reporting directly to the Operations Director and overseeing the Head Office functions, with Head of Beverage, Head of Food, and Head of People all reporting into you. This is a hands:on leadership role where your experience, drive, and commercial savvy will help shape the next phase of growth.
