About the Role: You will play a key part in supporting pupils with a range of needs, delivering tailored learning activities, and working collaboratively to promote positive outcomes for every child. Your responsibilities will include: * Supporting and delivering high:quality, individualised learning plans. * Leading small group interventions and occasionally covering whole classes. * Assisting with the development of EHCP targets and monitoring progress. * Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. * Working closely with teachers, parents, carers, and external professionals. About You: * HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role. * Previous experience supporting children with SEN, including SEMH and ASD. * A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * A solid understanding of safeguarding and behaviour support strategies.
