This Wonderful Hotel with a 2AA Rosette award winning Restaurant is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade. The Exec Chef and his team have a great relationship with local farmers and fishermen to ensure the menus are fresh, seasonal and locally sourced. You'll find traditional favourites as well as a range of contemporary dishes to choose from on the ever changing seasonal menu.
