Responsibilities * Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language needs. * Support the class teacher in planning and delivering adapted learning activities. * Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies. * Help create a safe, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment. * Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and SENCOs. * Foster independence and confidence in all learners.
