Closing date:09 April 2025 Post 1 is 37 hour, permanent, based at Marfleet Family Hub. Post 2 is 18.5 hour, fixed term, based at The Acorns Family Hub until 31 March 2026 due to funding. Family Hubs provide a‘one-stop-shop’ for families to access the information, advice and support that they need.  The role includes performing reception duties and providing administrative support to the Early Help Teams across a locality area and to be responsible for disseminating information about Family Hub's and other Early Help services within the area. It will involve working flexibly across the locality to meet the needs of the service. Experience of office procedures and routines including reception duties is required along with the ability to deal with customer enquiries appropriately and sensitively.
