What You Will Bring: * NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Automotive Paint Repair. * Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. * Strong organisational and problem:solving skills. * Ability to work independently, while also influencing others through clear communication of policies and practices. * A proactive approach to ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
