Job title:          Clinical and Wellbeing Co-Ordinator            Location:         Armley Grange, West Yorkshire             Salary:             £42,560 - £47,880 per annum      Hours:             37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday         Contract:         Permanent Essential:        Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required plus right to work in the UK We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinician to provide support to our Armley Grange School in West Yorkshire.  We are looking for a Clinical and Wellbeing Coordinator who can work with individuals, taking a lead role in managing and delivering clinical support to our pupils. Ensuring the safe management, supervision and directing of the clinical input to our pupils.  You will provide advice and guidance to pupils relating to their social&emotional wellbeing, therapeutic needs and access to education. Establishing productive working relationships with both pupils, carers and school staff. Acting as a role model to establish and maintain constructive relationships, exchanging information, facilitating support for pupil’s attendance and access to learning as well as home to school and community links. Our well-established Clinical Team maintain a nurturing and loving environment where our pupils can flourish, always putting them at the forefront of everything they do. All our settings maintain a strong safeguarding culture, and our pupils are heard, respected and involved in decisions that affect them wherever possible. You will be responsible for Manage and monitor universal, enhanced and specialist services / assessments for young people e.g. Educational Psych. Assessments, CBT, and Play Therapy. In line with EHCP’s / LAC Care Plans&commissioned services including case management oversight.
