My client, a large, innovative Multidisciplinary Consultancy is currently searching for a Drainage Engineer to join their experienced team of experts, based in the lively city of Leeds. Essential Criteria: : A Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field : Extensive relevant experience within infrastructure : Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers or similar professional body (or working toward this) : Experience of producing Flood Risk Assessments and SUDS : Good understanding of Pre:Planning Advice : Experience of drainage and highway design, aligned to agreements S38, S278, and S104 : Working knowledge of MicroDrainage WinDES, and other, similar software packages : Competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.) It would also benefit applicants for the role of Drainage Engineer to possess the following skills: : Working knowledge of the AutoCAD and Civil 3D software packages : An understanding of Tuflow and HEC:RAS In the busy role of Drainage Engineer, you will join a specialist team of experts in the field, with opportunities to develop your career whilst working to attain a professional qualification.
