The Quality Engineer will form part of the Research and Development function and you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards and upholding certifications. This is an exciting opportunity where you will work closely with the site Quality Manager to drive continuous improvement across all departments. As the Quality Engineer, you will: * Lead continuous improvement projects independently. * Conduct thorough investigations to resolve batch issues and complaints effectively. * Foster a quality culture throughout the entire organisation * Your efforts will not only enhance the quality of products and services but also contribute to the overall success of their UK business. We are seeking a proactive individual with a background in quality, R&D, or process chemistry. Your existing knowledge and experience will be invaluable and your aim will be to enhance operational efficiency and create value for the business. Requirements of the Quality Engineer: * Degree in chemistry/chemical engineering or equivalent industry experience * Experience working in a QC/R&D laboratory is desirable * Proficiency in MS suites and statistical-based software tools * Track record of project management and meeting deadlines (essential). * Experience with SAP (desirable). * Knowledge of lean and six sigma problem-solving approaches (desirable). * Trained in internal auditing is desirable If you would like to hear more about the role and company, please submit your CV for immediate
