You will have the opportunity to support a wide range of vibrant and welcoming primary schools across the city, providing crucial assistance to teachers and helping pupils to achieve their full potential. This is the perfect role for a confident TA who enjoys the dynamic nature of school life and can adapt quickly to new classroom environments. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with class teachers to deliver high:quality learning experiences. * Lead pre:planned interventions and focus groups in areas such as Phonics, Maths, and English. * Provide tailored 1:1 support for children with specific educational needs (SEN). * Assist in managing classroom behaviour, promoting a positive and safe learning environment. * Help prepare classroom resources and contribute to displays. * Support with observations and provide feedback on pupil progress to the teacher. What We Are Looking For: * A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is essential. * Proven experience working within a UK primary school setting. * A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and child development. * Confidence in leading small group interventions. * A patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to supporting childrens learning. * An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or the willingness to obtain one).
