Planner / Senior Planner Location: Leeds (Hybrid Working Available) Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a nationally respected and fast:growing planning consultancy in their search for a Planner or Senior Planner to join their expanding North West team. This multidisciplinary consultancy has quickly risen to become one of the UKs top 20 planning firms. With over 50 town planners working across six regional hubs, they provide expert services in town planning, socio:economics, heritage, masterplanning, and architecture. Their collaborative approach and integrated service offering enable them to lead and deliver complex, strategic planning projects across the UK for a diverse client base, including major housebuilders, developers, and land promoters. The Opportunity: Youll join a growing and ambitious regional team working on strategic land projects, including major planning applications and land promotions, predominantly for residential:led schemes. Youll be supported by experts across design, heritage, and development economics, offering you real exposure to multidisciplinary collaboration.
