We seek an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in managing and implementing complex technological and innovative projects, specifically in the NHS. This role requires exceptional skills in overcoming resistance to change, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction daily while actively working in the field of application for the project's technological systems. The successful candidate will have demonstrated their ability to oversee all aspects of projects, from inception to completion, within specified timeframes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the customer, will ensure optimal balance between the company's business goals and the customer's needs. Additionally, this role entails supervising customer and end-user satisfaction, guaranteeing that all stakeholders are fully supported throughout the project lifecycle. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.
