The Role: As a Stoma Care Nurse / Colorectal Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing care, acting as a patient advocate, and offering support to healthcare staff. Responsibilities: Coordinate with hospital staff to ensure high-quality care delivery. Collaborate with community and continuing care teams for seamless patient services. Act as a resource for nursing staff, offering guidance and teaching programs. Maintain accurate records in accordance with best practices. Support Health Care Professionals through clinical patient reviews. Attend regional and company meetings as needed. Requirements: Previously worked as a Stoma Care Nurse, Colorectal Nurse or in a similar role. Demonstrated post-registration experience. Registered with the NMC. Possess nursing qualifications. Background in stoma or colorectal. Skilled in IT, including Excel. Valid driving license.
