The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the students, both in and out of the classroom. You will work closely with teaching staff to provide high:quality care and assistance tailored to each students needs. This includes: * Assisting with educational activities and ensuring an inclusive learning environment. * Providing personal care, where necessary, and supporting life skills development. * Encouraging independence and supporting students in achieving their individual goals. * Helping with therapeutic interventions and activities, both on and off:site. * Building positive relationships with students, fostering trust and confidence. * Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including teachers, therapists, and health professionals. Requirements * A caring and proactive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships with students. * Experience working with young people or adults with special educational needs is desirable, but not essential : training will be provided. * Flexibility and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Willingness to engage in personal care duties when required.
