Main Duties: * Opening and locking school premises daily. * Carrying out minor repairs, maintenance, and general site duties. * Ensuring buildings and grounds are clean, safe, and secure. * Monitoring health and safety standards and responding to issues. * Liaising with external contractors and supervising work on:site. * Managing site supplies and reporting issues to school leadership. Skills and Qualifications: * Legal Right to Work in the UK: You must have the legal right to work in the UK. * Enhanced Child DBS: You must have an Enhanced Child DBS check or be willing to undertake one (we can help with this). * Experience in a caretaker, site supervisor, or facilities role : ideally within a school. * Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
