Were seeking an experienced Personal Safety and Conflict Management Trainer to join our growing team. What Youll Be Doing: * Deliver engaging training that helps people de:escalate conflict and manage challenging behaviour. * Train learners across the UK, both in:person and online. * Work flexibly and travel as needed to meet client needs. * Contribute to the development and refresh of training materials, ensuring they remain practical, current, and impactful. What Were Looking For: * A recognised training qualification (Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent) or working towards it. * Recent experience delivering professional training in personal safety and/or physical intervention. * A confident communicator with a practical understanding of conflict resolution. * Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and digital systems. * A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
