Salary: £35,000 per annum, along with a10% bonus, private healthcare, and a 5% pension scheme. Job Description Provide first and second line technical support for Microsoft, Cisco, and Azure systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operationof systems. Maintain accurate documentation of support cases and resolutions. Conduct regular system maintenance and upgrades. To succeed in this role, you will need: Demonstrated experience in providing technical support for Microsoft, Cisco and Azure systems. Strong knowledge of networking protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
