The Planning Team The Planning division is 110:strong, with specialists based in London and Scotland. Within this, the Central London Planning team is a key pillar, advising major landowners, developers, and occupiers across Londons most complex and high:profile schemes. Recent landmark projects include: * Masterplanning for Selfridges * Redevelopment of the M and S Headquarters on Oxford Street * The Ewer Street Masterplan for Landsec * Transformation of the BT Centre * Regeneration of St. Marys Hospital, Paddington * New Moorfields Eye Hospital * The Winstanley Estate regeneration in Wandsworth The team works in tandem with a market:leading Heritage and Townscape group, ensuring clients benefit from an integrated planning and design service at the highest level.
