Construction Manager Perm Full-time SW London Region Hybrid£60,000-£70,000 Pension&Benefits + Car Allowance Our client is currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager with experience within the water industry as well as experience with managing a team. You will be responsible for managing health, safety, environmental and sustainability as well as managing compliance for all construction projects. You will managing the local delivery team, ensuring that all construction projects are met within the expected time frame. The role: * Manage site construction teams within approved budget and lead health checks. * Ensuring there us a focus on zero waste. * Being responsible for the performance of suppliers in relation to Health and Safety. * Ensuring full Health&Safety compliance is achieved and adhered to. * Ensuring that the site teams are raising the relevant contractual and commercial notices in a timely manner. Skills required: * Degree or equivalent qualification in a construction related discipline * Project Management experience and being able to deliver to set targets * Must be target/delivery driven * Temporary Works experience experience/qualification * APMP or equivalent * Experience in the water/ waste water treatment Industry. * Experience with CDM and Construction Health and Safety. * Ability to motivate multi disciplinary teams to deliver within time, cost and quality objectives * Experience with delivering large scale programmes.
