Collaborate with the content team to create relevant and valuable resources that resonate with our customer audience. Customer Advocacy Programs: Establish and manage customer advocacy programs, identifying and nurturing customer advocates. Leverage customer testimonials, case studies, and success stories Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals. Collaborate with the events team to coordinate customer-focused events and webinars.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
