Typical day as Fire Safety Manager (knowninternally by us as Senior Fire Safety Business Partner) Working with colleagues across the business to develop, mentor and support them to undertake fire risk assessments and embedding a positive fire safety culture across the organisation. You’ll analyse and review the Fire Risk Assessments carried out by our teams, validating them to provide quality assurance and ensuring compliance. Working with partners, contractors and other professionals including the Fire and Rescue Service to deliver scheduled assessments, inspections and audits.Ensure we have a clear framework that drives compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Experience working in Social Housing and a goodunderstanding of risk management for multi occupancy living. Delivered a Fire Risk Assessment programme and have a good technical knowledge of Fire Safety British Standards and Fire and Building Safety Regulations. Coaching and mentoring skills ableto instil a best practice approach amongst your peers. Strong technical and IT skills, able to review data and provide recommendations.
