Managing Director : Established Product and Brand Business Surrey : with regular time in London A GBP 100,000:A GBP 120,000 plus LTIPS An established UK business with a strong brand, loyal customer base and multiple revenue channels is looking for a commercially driven, operationally confident Managing Director. The company operates across wholesale, retail, e:commerce and contract sales : and has carved out a reputation for delivering for its clients. Their core customer base sits in the hospitality sector, but the scope of work is expanding : and theyre looking for a leader who can take the reins and help scale the business further. This is a hands:on leadership role, overseeing the full business operation. Youll lead a cross:functional team and work closely with directors across sales, operations and logistics. As well as driving commercial performance, youll help embed structure, improve processes and ensure the business is agile, accountable and primed for long:term growth.
