If you've been successful in Sales, Business Development, Customer Success or similar roles and you know how to engage and retain a solid customer base, then this role could be right up your street. Working in the leisure industry, this is a membership / subscription based environment, so having work experience in a gym, leisure or fitness centre with a similar model is really important for this job. You'll be supporting the Sales team in driving member retention, this includes contacting people who cancelled memberships to try and re-engage them, also using the CRM to contact leads and prospects. Above all, you'll be delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring you role model this throughout the team, to ensure that every member has an amazing experience with every visit.
