As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance, with a primary focus on electrical systems. Key Responsibilities: : Conduct PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant, ensuring optimum performance of building systems. : Perform general building repairs, plumbing work, drainage, and other duties as required by the client. : Maintain accurate records of completed tasks via the PDA:based computerised maintenance system. : Collaborate with specialist subcontractors to complete PPM and reactive work. : Follow all site:specific procedures and adhere to Health and Safety regulations at all times. : Proactively inspect services and perform repairs as necessary. Requirements: : City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations or equivalent qualification. : Full UK driving license. : Proven experience in commercial and high:end residential building maintenance.
