Key Responsibilities * Organise and undertake planned works * Undertake reactive duties, including electrical, plumbing, BMS, fabric and any reasonable request * You will work within various maintenance and environmental conditions e.g. clean rooms, technical spaces, plant rooms etc * Supervise and direct specialist third party service providers * Improving the operation, filing and equipment through problem solving, improvement techniques and liaison with suppliers will be a key part of your rol * Provide updates to stakeholders including ISS and client personnel. Ensure Statutory Documentation is up to date and compliant Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications * Good educational standards * Engineering qualification of a level NVQ3 / C+G Pt 2 / National and higher national or higher * Working knowledge of Authorised Person Responsibilities AP(LV) * Significant experience in providing electrical building services maintenance to include fault finding, maintenance, installation and inspection/testing * Significant previous experience in providing reactive and PPM building services maintenance * Experience of working within FM or building services within commercial properties * Experience of working under strict Health and Safety procedures including risk assessments and method statements * Shows a varied experience across the FM and Technical industry * Good all round M&E knowledge with associated statutory and compliance understanding and experience * Excellent communication/presentation skills, with the ability to prepare a written report * Numerate with a working knowledge of IT and experience of identifying improvements through the analysis and use of data for trend and life
