Job Summary Assist professional composer/sound artist with a range of tasks including: organising music/sound archive, preparing tracks for release/distribution, testing/maintenance/selling/updating music tech Job Description 3 months, roughly April - June Freelance, 8 hrs per week,£20 per hour (paid by DWP) Combined in person SE London/remote working Key Responsibilities: In collaboration with the artist you will go through an archive of projects, assisting with organising&repurposing e.g. exploring library music or self release opportunities. Test music equipment arranging fixing/maintenance as required. Assist in the selling of equipment - photograph, write detailed descriptions, research prices, and list items. Person Specification: Would suit someone who: Combines creativity and technology in their approach to music making, with interest in music and media, field recording, audio storytelling. Enjoys helping people meet their goals. Has an understanding of the social model of disability. Skills: Technical/creative ability using Logic Pro Sound recording and mixing Knowledge of electronic music, library music, self-releasing Proficient in using Dropbox&Google Drive Some lifting and carrying of equipment may be required
