We are seeking to appoint a passionate, experienced and committed permanent Practice Leader with a strong focus on outcomes for children and young people, high practice standards and excellent service delivery, who will help us aim even higher to achieve more for our children and young people especially those who are disproportionately disadvantaged and excluded. You will have a demonstrable track record at a senior level with substantial experience in managing safeguarding, child in need and child protection work, care proceedings, corporate parenting and youth justice services. You will be expected to show confidence and credibility in advising the DSC, Cabinet Member and SLT on safeguarding, risk management, performance management and corporate parenting.
