This is a full-time role, 5 days a week, paying up to£95 a day. The Role: Support students within the classroom, providing tailored guidance and encouragement. Supporting small groups and working one-to-one with students with additional needs including SEMH, ASD, behavioural needs, and ADHD. Collaborate with teachers, deliver small group instruction, and promote a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere. Help students build confidence and a passion for learning. Ideal candidates will have strong curriculum knowledge and will ensure the support they deliver is of excellent quality using innovative and engaging approaches. Experience in roles such asa Sports or Activities Coach in football, basketball, rugby, cricket, athletics, gymnastics, hockey, badminton, tennis and handball, is often highly transferable experience for supporting behavioural issues.
