The Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-weight Designer with a strong focus on Service Design, User Experience (UX), and User Interface (UI) design. We believe in harnessing the power of design to create meaningful and impactful experiences for our clients and their customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing innovative design solutions that enhance the overall user experience across various channels (both digital and non-digital). Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to conceptualise and develop service design strategies that align with business objectives. * Confident in the entire design process from concept to execution, including research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing. * Develop comprehensive UX/UI design solutions that address user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints. * Conduct research to understand user behaviours, pain points, and needs across various touchpoints within the service ecosystem. * Map out user journeys, identify key touchpoints, and uncover opportunities for service improvement and innovation. * Develop and refine service blueprints, outlining the end-to-end customer experience and identifying areas for optimisation and enhancement. * Generate innovative design concepts and explore multiple design options through wireframing, and high-fidelity interactive prototyping, to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions. * Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to iteratively refine service designs and improve overall usability and effectiveness. * Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints by establishing and maintaining design systems and guidelines. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve design processes and methodologies. Your Profile Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience: * Experience in service design, UX/UI design, or a related field. * Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects with a focus on service design, UX, and UI. * Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. * Solid understanding of design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and rationale. * Experience working in agile/scrum environments is preferred.
