Do you want to be a Strategic Account Manager for one of Europe's leading suppliers and manufacturers of automotive aftermarket product? Do you want to work with some of the UK and Europe's leading automotive parts distributors? Do you want to be part of a highly successful company that is growing significantly year on year? Our client is one of Europe's leading suppliers and manufacturers of automotive aftermarket products. We are recruiting a Strategic Account Manager to oversee the development and growth of existing and new key accounts for the group. You will manage the UK strategic accounts as well as select European accounts. You will be identifying new opportunities for passenger car (PC) and commercial vehicle (CV) products through existing and new sales channels. What is the company offering you in return? * A competitive salary of£65,000 - £70,000 * 20% bonus * Car allownace * 25 days holidays * Additional pension contribution As this is a national position, you can be based anywhere in the UK. You will be not only a great relationship builder, but You will have the commercial acumen to be able to spot new opportunities. You will have a strategic mindset. You will not just tender for any new business, you will have the mindset to look at the bigger picture for sustainable growth. You will ideally have experience working with distributors across all Europe and have an understanding of the nuances and key players in each respective market. You will have experience of selling into buying groups and major national chains within the automotive aftermarket. You will relish and not be fazed by the national and European level negotiations. You will be a critical thinker who will make clear and reasoned judgments based on research, analysis and understanding of all information to hand.
