Are you an experienced Angular developer who would like to join with other Christians in Tearfund’s work with local churches around the world tackling poverty? This role within a team of 13 developers will allow you to use your strong technical experience to serve people living in poverty in more than 50 countries around the world through providing effective applications for  the design, monitoring & evaluation of our front-line projects and for our finance staff. This is a key time for the team as we start the migration of our project design, monitoring & evaluation application to Angular. In this post you will work alongside our other Angular developers, sharing their expertise and building an application which will enable our staff and local church partners around the world to demonstrate the amazing impact of our work in the communities we work with. The team is also crucial to our finance staff, being responsible for the development and support of an Angular application which is critical for finance data entry across the countries we work in. We are keen to leverage AI to increase productivity in this area so experience in working with AI technologies, or an interest in learning, would be an advantage. Although not essential, experience of Power BI would also be useful as we extend our reporting suite, using our SQL Server data warehouse to demonstrate the impact of our work and provide vital financial information to staff across Tearfund. Thanks to our MS Azure integrations, our data warehouse contains combines data from multiple applications and our developers are key in bringing that data to life in ways that can help users across the organisations make data-led business decisions.
